  • How long will it take to get a reply after my inquiry?

    We reply to all inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Are you a Factory or Agent?

    We are an integrated industrial and trade enterprise. Direct factory supply, sufficient stock, full-process quality control, and fast delivery.

  • Can you give warranty of your products?

    Yes, we provide a one-year warranty. We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. Please feel free to provide feedback immediately if you are not pleased with our quality or service.

  • How about the delivery time?

    For standard products with confirmed specifications, the delivery time is 15-25 days after receiving your deposit and order confirmation.

    Customized products require 25-35 days for production, as we need to adjust the production process according to your specific requirements (e.g., material, size, logo).

  • What types of payment methods does your company accept?

    Trade terms, including FOB, CIF, etc.,  will be confirmed when quoting. For bulk production: 30% deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment. We mainly accept T/T, and other payment methods are negotiable.

  • Do you get the relevant certificate?

    All products are strictly manufactured according to ISO9001. The patent certificate for the products can be provided for your reference upon your request.

  • Do you support customized production?

    Customized production is our core business. We can develop and manufacture based on the drawings or samples you provide.

  • To which countries and markets are the products exported?

    Our products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
